Mostrar la diversidad cultural de las festividades que posee la parroquia de Conocoto, a su vez fomentar publicidad turística del parque recreacional “La Moya”, parque metropolitano “La Armenia” y promover los espacios verdes de Conocoto, como un lugar tranquilo y con aire puro para visitar o habitar.
